Having the capacity to break job duties down to trainable tasks will be the responsibility of the Job Coaches. They will keep weekly contact with program youth and problem solve daily living activities as necessary. Job Coaches will form caring and respectful relationship with youth and families that will allow youth and families to take full advantage of the programming.
WorkLINC will serve one hundred transitional youth in the project period who will need varying levels and combinations of services per their individualized needs and abilities
Job Coaches will accompany youth into the community to obtain and fill out applications, become familiar with the local employment agency, research career paths and to familiarize youth with local businesses.
