Teaching youth independence will be an active part of the WorkLINC
training curriculum

Having the capacity to break job duties down to trainable task will be the responsibility of the Job Coaches.  They will keep weekly contact with program youth and problem solve daily living activities as necessary. Job Coaches will form caring and respectful relationship with youth and families that will allow youth and families  to take full advantage of the programming.

Job Coaches accompany youth into the community to obtain and fill out applications, become familiar with the local employment agency, research career paths and to familiarize youth with local businesses.
